If violent migrants come over and commit crimes while sucking up resources from the system, then that's a problem and a burden. A lot of Indian villagers have flown to Mexico and southern America in the last 5 years and hopped over to the US. They speak shitty English, some are ill-mannered and probably think they are doing important work by doing jobs "Americans won't do for themselves". Such people are heavily resented by older immigrants/citizens of Indian origin. At least by most of the Indian Americans I know of.
