Kabbalism, which has essentially taken over Talmudic Judaism, is literally Gnostic in origin. Gnostics were the OG Satanic Shape-Shifters, they cause the early Church no amount of trouble because at that time they were LARPing as Christians instead of as jews, but as the jews essentially died off due to pissing off Rome, I would assume the Gnostics just infiltrated and took over the jewish skinsuit as Talmudism was forming. It would certainly explain their visceral hatred of Christianity, since Gnostics hate the Hebrew/Christian God and essentially worship Satan as a power beyond Him.
