They already do that with deficit spending. The taxes are just a thin layer of legitimacy on top of the federal reserve printing near-infinite shekels.

The IRS "RULE" is, if "you" ie your employer reports your income to IRS, THEN you owe income tax. And you have no choice, because they always report your income.

From what I understand, if you understand the jewish lawyer speak and can navigate the laws and loopholes, you can actually take this to court and win. But it will probably cost you just as much as your income tax lol.

There's also some legal ways to not pay income tax and the IRS will tell you this themselves. Non profits, joint file marriage, medical tax credits, child tax credits, etc. I mean, the tax and concept are still there, but you can reduce it to zero.

Soveriegn citizens are retarded, not because they think the system is illegitimate (because it is), but because they fail to realize that Force is the Supreme Authority (besides God, but God has a monopoly on Force), and thus act as though an illegitimate system would do anything besides use force on them to keep them enslaved.
