That's mostly just anarchy. Murder is always the combination of means, motive and opportunity. It's rarely random and almost always occurs after personal arguments devolve into gunshots or a stabbing. It's also why accidental self inflicted injury and suicide are both more common than murder.. no one has more opportunities to kill you than yourself.

I think we knew that since WWI started. A fucking _sandwich_ started an international incident and ended up getting millions of people killed.
