Luigi threatens to change shit. that's why they sent the fucking goon squad after him.
he's a reminder that natural law supercedes all banks, all governments, all man made law. natural law is the sheer fact that anyone else can physically exterminate you if give them the motivation to do so. you can put disincentives (laws) in place, wear armor and have bodyguards, but all it takes is a pissed off college kid to put 2 bullets in your head when walking out of a hotel.

That's mostly just anarchy. Murder is always the combination of means, motive and opportunity. It's rarely random and almost always occurs after personal arguments devolve into gunshots or a stabbing. It's also why accidental self inflicted injury and suicide are both more common than murder.. no one has more opportunities to kill you than yourself.

I think we knew that since WWI started. A fucking _sandwich_ started an international incident and ended up getting millions of people killed.
