pretty sure the pacific palisades is completely gone, studio city and hollywood hills are now on fire. there will be a long list of names we will recognize that lost their houses.

I did not know that.

Anyway, a shoebox 2 bedroom in Glendale with no lawn is $750k average, and who knows the condition and street and everything else. Good homes there are 1.5MM min
