Nice backup forum. I'll be around today and from time to time. If I don't find the help page I might ask a tech question myself later. Just registering myself for the eventualities to come.

Put a little bit of water in the lid of your egg pan. When the egg is soft set put the lid on and probably turn off the heat too. The water/steam cooks the top off the egg while leaving a nice fried bit on the bottom
